Coronavirus Update

Dear customer.

First of all, I hope you and your family and friends are well and are coping at this very difficult and uncertain time.

I wanted to let you know that we are working hard to mitigate the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19) on our staff and you, our valued, customers, while at the same time continuing to fulfil orders and despatch them as usual.

I have put in place a number of processes and implemented the Government guidelines to keep our staff safe. Thanks to their co operation  an office team is working from home and there is also a team in the warehouse at our Dartford headquarters which is handling your orders, coming into us via our website, email or telephone call.

Our London Showroom is now open again on Wednesdays and Thursdays by appointment only; please contact us to make a booking.

Should we need to make any further changes to our business hours or handling of orders, I will let you know, directly and via our website.
